SEATTLE TREE HOUSE

This unusual but very complex project is nestled in the trees of a home in the Seattle area.  With all the features of a high end custom home, this project challenged us every step of the way.  One of the first challenges that faced us was bringing the wiring up into the tree house without exposing un-sightly conduit raceways.  Along with that, the code issues of this building presented some challenges since the local building authority had not done any tree houses.  Once we overcame these and other challenges, the owner ended up with an outstanding project that is one of the most intriguing projects we have done.  The 10 x 10 tree house features: a full Lighting Control system, Camera Surveillance system, Integrated Security system to main house and integrated Computer Network and internet access to the main house. This Treehouse was feature on the television show Treehouse Masters.
