TRAIN ROOM

This owner of AMAZING project wanted an “over the top” experience with his 3000 square foot Train room. We were brought on to this project to help design the lighting and control system that could integrate directly with the locomotives and Train Management software. We ended up installing 101 “dimmable” fluorescent fixtures, 144 Low Voltage Halogen fixtures as well several thousand feet of “dimmable” LED multicolor strip lighting. The lighting system communicates to each of the several locomotives so that when the train enters an area it will trigger sunrise. As the train moves through one of the many regions the lighting will simulate mid day, afternoon and as the train leaves an area the lighting system will precisely simulate sunset. The owner ended up with exactly what he wanted which is an outstanding, unique space that will entertain him for years to come.
